Advisor/Senior Advisor, Bioanalytical Research (BAR) d the BAR team in Louisville, CO, developing and applying mass spectrometric methods to characterize the ADME properties of radio-ligand therapeutics (RLTs), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and small molecule xenobiotics to advance drug candidates to clinical development. Provide strategic bioanalytical support across multiple program teams and mentor junior scientists.

• Building and leading an innovative bioanalytical research team, with associated analytical strategies, to deliver pharmacokinetic (PK), biotransformation (BioT), and biodistribution (BioD) data to program teams developing RLTs, ADCs, or small molecule drugs.
• The supervision and career development of junior laboratory scientists and scientific contractors.
• The management, prioritization, and delivery of bioanalytical support to a large and diverse spectrum of drug program teams.
• The technical development and implementation of mass spectrometric approaches (QQQ, high-resolution, and ICP-MS) to investigate the PK, BioT, and BioD of novel drug candidates in pre-clinical animal models.
• Serving as the bioanalytical lead on discovery programs, partnering closely with cross-functional teams including ADME, Toxicology, Chemistry, therapeutic areas (Oncology, etc.), and Biotechnology Discovery Research.
• Interpreting innovative MS datasets and presenting clear, actionable scientific insights to program teams and ADME Project Leaders.

• Required:
  
  10+ years of industry experience in a related field.
• Required:
  
  Hands-on experience in the application of LC-MS for the bioanalysis of ADCs or small molecule drugs, including advanced sample preparation techniques such as LLE, SPE, microwave digestion, and/or immunoaffinity capture approaches.
• Required:
  
  Excellent scientific communication, problem-solving, and project-level collaboration skills.
• Preferred:
  Experience supervising laboratory staff.
• Preferred:
  Expertise with MS-informatics tools such as Proteome Discoverer, Protein Metrics, DAR workflows, Mass Meta Site , and Biopharma Finder.
• Preferred:
  Knowledge of drug ADME principles.
• Preferred:
  Hands-on experience developing and implementing ICP-MS assays to study RLTs or imaging agents.
• Preferred:
  Experience developing and implementing automation for in vivo or high-throughput in vitro metabolism screens (Tecan, Hamilton, King Fisher, e.g.).

• Required:
  
  MS in chemistry, biochemistry, engineering, pharmacology, or an associated field.
• Preferred:
  PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, engineering, pharmacology, or an associated field.
