What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Ensure all Swire Coca-Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards. Maintain back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability throughout the store. Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Full Time, 5:00am Start Time, 5 days a week, Weekends Required, Overtime as needed.
Pay: $22.25/HR

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily using customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward
• Rotate products to ensure quality using first in, first out stocking
• Build displays and promotional items as instructed by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas; prepare for return any unfit-for-sale product
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes; maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
