Will be dispatched directly from your home & work vehicle included.
The primary duties of an HVAC Service Technician are to perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems, troubleshoot various residential systems (especially boilers), and diagnose repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system, as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed, among others.
