Wage Range: $25.00 - $45.00 hourly (posted salary ranges are made in good faith; may be adjusted depending on qualifications).

The Commercial HVAC Project Technician upholds safety, quality, and profitability in Service and Projects. Responsibilities include professional installation, start‑up, commissioning, retrofit, and overhaul of commercial HVAC, hydronic, and boiler systems.
Duties and Responsibilities- Install and replace RTUs, split systems, mini‑splits, VAV systems, exhaust and supply fans, unit heaters, condensing units, heat pumps, and air handlers.
- Install boilers, piping, and perform start‑up.
- Install hydronic systems including pumps, expansion tanks, air separators, glycol systems, and snow melt systems.
- Perform refrigerant piping layout, brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, and charging.
- Execute sheet metal transitions, curb adapters, duct modifications, and equipment setting.
- Install and test gas piping.
- Conduct hydronic piping, soldering, threading, grooving, and system flushing.
- Perform plumbing‑related work including condensate drains, water supply connections, backflow considerations, and proper venting.
- Crane rigging and crane commands.
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical schedules, wiring diagrams, and control sequences.
- Perform start‑up and troubleshooting.
- Minimum 3+ years commercial HVAC/plumbing installation experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
- EPA Approved Universal Technician Certification preferred (not required).
- Ability to pass criminal background check, drug test, and physical exam.
