We are seeking a skilled, motivated, safety‑oriented Journeyman Sheet metal Installer with a minimum of four years of HVAC experience on commercial construction projects. The installer must complete tasks in compliance with mechanical codes, job specifications, plans, and contract documents, ensuring a complete and excellent working system. The role requires installing all types of HVAC equipment while adhering to Design Mechanical safety policies and working safely with others.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and designs of HVAC systems.
• Follow all specifications and building codes associated with the work.
• Cooperate with other trades to complete the project.
• Communicate with foreman, superintendents, and safety managers.
• Maintain high standards of safety, integrity, and professionalism.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC field experience.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug test, and physical exam.
• Own hand tools.

• Career path development and required certifications.
