Software Engineer - Java

Overview

Salary: $140k - $170k (depending on experience)

We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java/J2EE
, AWS
, and modern databases
. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys leading technical design, solving complex problems, and building scalable systems.

• Architect and deliver scalable, secure software solutions
• Lead technical design for complex features and epics
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality outcomes
• Mentor engineers and champion best practices
• Guide system architecture, integrations, and performance improvements

• 12 plus years of software development experience
• Deep hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, AWS services
• Strong database expertise with Mongo
  
  DB, Elastic Search, and MySQL
• Experience with event driven architecture or rules engines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
