About the RoleThe Applications Developer II is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that support various business functions. This role requires a strong understanding of software development principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications to support business functions.
- Writing clean, scalable, and efficient code while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conducting unit testing, debugging, and participating in code reviews to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Utilizing version control systems such as Git to manage the codebase and track changes.
- Documenting software designs, code, and processes for future reference and maintenance.
- Staying updated with industry trends and technologies to keep software current and competitive.
- Independently designing and implementing software solutions and performing debugging and testing.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Typically 2+ years of related experience.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages and familiarity with development frameworks.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with designing and implementing software solutions independently.
- Experience debugging and testing.
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- MS Access database development and VBA programming experience.
- Web application development experience.
- Power BI report development and data visualization methods.
- Experience with database ETL processes and data integration.
- Familiarity with engineering programming languages (Python, MATLAB, VBA).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- Familiarity with development frameworks such as Spring, Django, .NET, React, or Angular.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
Pay Range: $89,016.00 - $
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on job‑related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
