Materials Handler

We are seeking a passionate and capable Materials Handler to join our Supply Chain team. As a member of the Supply Chain group, you will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Laboratory Operations teams to ensure all material needs of the business are met. The primary tasks include receipt, stocking, inventory management, and data entry for materials to support pre-clinical, tox, engineering, and GMP manufacturing activities.

• Ensure the correct and timely receipt and processing of GMP and non-GMP materials at the warehouse in Louisville, CO.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly warehouse to support manufacturing activities.
• Oversee Raw Material kitting and transfer.
• Conduct cycle counting of warehouse inventory and maintain high accuracy.
• Operate the warehouse according to SOPs and Quality Systems.

• Experience with Net Suite and point of sale management systems
• At least 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Warehouse role
• Experience in a regulated environment
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Background in cGMP, pharma, or biologics

• Experience operating in a cGMP environment
• Experience with SAP or other Inventory management software
• Experience with Net Suite, SAP, Coupa, or other receiving software
• ERP and MRP management software experience
• Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• GED or equivalent degree

This position is based in Louisville, CO and requires onsite presence 5 days a week. The environment is fast-paced with high-pressure situations, demanding constant attention to multiple priorities. The warehouse setting includes exposure to storage freezers and walk-in cold rooms.

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.78 - $31.85/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
