Tax Internship

DMLO CPAs is seeking Tax Interns to join our Louisville (KY) and Jeffersonville (IN) offices for the 2027 tax season. The internship will begin mid-January and run through April 15, 2027. This position is for a minimum of 32 hours per week.

• Performing accounting and tax procedures as assigned.
• Preparing individual, corporate, partnership, and/or other tax returns.
• Becoming familiar with the firm’s software programs.
• Understanding the rules, regulations, and Code of Professional Conduct of the AICPA.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all client matters.
• Performing other accounting and tax duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.

• Working towards obtaining a business degree, Accounting a plus (Junior or Senior standing).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organization skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
