Abacus! is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Tax & Accounting to help lead the future of our firm.

As a Senior Manager, you’ll provide leadership across tax, audit, and accounting engagements while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor to staff.

• Lead and review complex tax, audit, and accounting engagements
• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic business guidance
• Mentor and develop high-performing accounting professionals
• Drive operational improvements and support firm growth initiatives
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, auditing standards, and professional best practices

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• Strong leadership, client management, and technical accounting skills
• Experience managing engagements and developing teams
• Experience with Quick Books, Ultra Tax, and Advance Flow preferred
