Duration: 6 Months +(Possible extension depending on team workload, but not guaranteed)

Louisville, KY (Onsite Tues through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday)
Candidates should be local to Louisville
OverviewManage intercompany accounting activities related to mobility payroll, tax equalization (TEQ), EID payments and stock-based compensation, and oversees intercompany billing and cash settlement processes for designated markets.
Primary Responsibilities- Maintain intercompany reconciliation process for various brands/markets; provide intercompany invoices to markets and research/coordinate with markets and related Shared Service Centres
- Prepare and record intercompany billing and FX related entries as needed for responsible markets
- Manage EID & stock-based compensation reporting, repeaters, and cross-charges to markets
- Prepare and record Expat Payroll entries to charge markets
- Prepare cash wires to settle intercompany balances with field markets as needed
- Coordinate with Payroll and E&Y to prepare/record TEQ and tax gross-up entries to charge markets
