Louisville, Kentucky Accounting/Auditing Full-Time Hybrid ## About the Opportunity Harding, Shymanski & Co., P.S.C. (), a leading public accounting and consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our Louisville office. This role requires a minimum of 6+ years of accounting and auditing experience, preferably within public accounting.

Job Duties – Proficient knowledge and application of GAAP, financing reporting and audit methodologies – Review audit, review, and compilation engagements with varying levels of complexity – Gain an understanding of client businesses and use this knowledge to identify opportunities and provide consulting – Assist in the development of staff – Responsible for assigned client groups, including development of relationships, budgets and timely delivery of service – Active participation in department meetings and involvement in some administrative and leadership functions ## Requirements/Skills – Bachelor’s degree in accounting – CPA certification required – A minimum of 6+ years of comprehensive audit and accounting experience, including public accounting experience – Knowledge of GAAP, accounting and auditing – Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Effective project management ability and managing multiple projects and deadlines – Self-motivated and ability to work independently – Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours when required – Capable and motivated to provide our clients with excellent and timely client service ##
