As the organization continues to expand, its Accounting organization plays a critical role in ensuring financial integrity, operational excellence, compliance, and scalable financial processes across the business. The company utilizes a Shared Services Accounting model and partners closely with multiple corporate finance functions to support its growing operations.
The Supervisor – Property & Lease Accounting will report directly into the Accounting organization while working closely with the Shared Services Accounting team and other cross-functional business partners. This role provides leadership across lease accounting, property accounting, capital projects, fixed assets, project costing, property and sales tax compliance, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will help ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and drive continuous process improvements across several critical accounting functions.

Position SummaryThe Supervisor – Property & Lease Accounting is responsible for leading multiple accounting functions supporting the Accounting organization while partnering closely with Shared Services Accounting and other cross-functional teams. This role oversees lease accounting, capital accounting, financial reporting, property and sales tax compliance, internal controls, and continuous process improvement to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
