This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the Company's financial records, overseeing compliance with U.S. GAAP
, and supporting management with reliable financial information.
- Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Oversee the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
- Coordinate year-end financial statement audits and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
- Assist in the development of accounting policies and internal controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA designation required.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting or audit experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
