Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Fixed Asset Manager to join our team. This role focuses on GAAP-compliant fixed asset/capex accounting across a multi-property portfolio within SHG.
You will lead depreciation schedules, asset capitalization decisions, and collaborate with the ERP migration to Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, prior supervisory exposure, and hospitality accounting experience.
