Accounts Receivable Representative II

Responsibilities

+ Process customer invoicing and handle administrative duties related to accounts receivable

+ Correctly record and process customer payments and checks on a regular basis

+ Communicate effectively with customers to collect overdue payments

+ Use relevant software for processing invoices and recording data

+ Resolve discrepancies related to invoices

+ Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner

+ Perform backup duties with the accounting team and support project-based assignments

+ Maintain strong customer service skills and build good relationships with clients

+ Work independently and utilize basic computer software such as Microsoft Office

Requirements

+ Minimum high school diploma with accounting experience

+ Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers

+ Strong customer service skills and relationship-building abilities

+ Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Experience with invoicing and accounting software is preferred
