We are seeking a Seasonal (January-April) Tax Intake Specialist to join our team at a very busy tax office. Training for the position will be provided starting in November, December. Hours can be flexible but our office will be open Monday - Friday during tax season from 9AM-6PM.
This position will require much patience, lots of willingness to learn, but a fun fast paced environment with a great team!
The position will meet with tax clients to intake the documents and gather information about the tax return and assist the tax preparers in scanning and verifying clients data is correct and helping through the process of tax completion alongside the front desk.
Must be 18 or older and available during our office hours at least 3 days a week, preferably 5.
