• Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
• Sales tax filings
• Unclaimed property processes and filings
• Analyze workflow processes and identify improvements
• Assist with month end close and monthly financials
• Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling accounts

Position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and up to five years’ experience in a related role. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

Position requires working knowledge of accounting principles; working knowledge using accounting software, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software; demonstrated ability to collect and compile relevant data; excellent verbal and written communication skills; great attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to evaluate complex information and think systematically, along with strong business analysis skills; able to work well independently and as part of a team;

possess a thorough understanding of the company’s business processes and the industry at large.
