What You'll DoProcess high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation
Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and account issues
Maintain accurate vendor records and payment documentation
Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong understanding of invoice processing and account reconciliation
Experience working with ERP or accounting software systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or corporate accounting environments
Experience with SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Dynamics, or similar ERP systems
