Revenue Specialist

The Revenue Specialist will support the accurate recording of sales and cash activity for U.S. equity restaurants. This position is responsible for daily cash matching, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and collaboration with teams including Accounting, Treasury, Loss Prevention, Audit, and Field Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily matching and reconciliation of cash, credit card, and gift card transactions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies through store outreach, over/short reporting, bank research, and refund investigations.
• Complete period-end reconciliations for cash, credit card, gift card, and other general ledger accounts.
• Monitor and perform weekly sales distribution activities.
• Prepare, log, and upload journal entries each accounting period.
• Provide backup support across the revenue accounting team, including missing sales investigations, sales suspense account reconciliation, gift card journal entries, overhead allocations, and brand-level matching activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant professional experience. Experience working with JD Edwards (JDE). Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a large, global organization.
• Background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or retail industry.
