The State Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at our Delta Services company based in Louisville, Kentucky
. For over two decades, Delta Services has delivered dependable electrical services across the commercial, industrial, and construction sectors. Committed to excellence and safety, they provide customized electrical solutions that support the success of their clients’ projects.

- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Distribute mail, correspondence, reports, and packages promptly.
- Collaborate with various departments to support initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and provide logistical support for company meetings and events.
- Provide document copying and general administrative support for projects.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- 1+ years of relevant experience; construction industry experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse personalities and communication styles.
- Proficiency with productivity software and tools, including Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and independent approach.
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced work environment.
