Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support our agency’s day-to-day operations. This role plays a critical part in keeping projects organized, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting account and sales teams with administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be reliable, highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to account executives, sales, and management teams.
  • Prepare, format, and update client-facing materials including presentations and reports.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Assist with proposal preparation.
  • Organize files, manage data entry, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Experience with Social Media Marketing Campaigns is a plus.
