Lloyd & McDaniel is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a New Claims Specialist. In this role, you will manage the opening of new cases by importing, validating, and manipulating client data to ensure accuracy and integrity within our systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Import client data into the company’s proprietary system
- Perform data validation for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct bulk data manipulation tasks as needed
- Use Microsoft Excel to review and analyze imported data
- Manage a high volume of cases while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Access
- Previous experience in a legal or data management environment (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
