The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Transmission Project Development Team in managing Lines and Substation capital projects. This position provides essential support across project scope, schedule, and budget management, while maintaining departmental processes, financial tracking, documentation, and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the management and coordination of Lines and Substation capital projects
- Perform financial analysis for individual project reporting and tracking
- Monitor and track departmental financial activities to ensure budget alignment
- Support project teams with scope, schedule, and budget-related tasks
- Create and submit various weekly, monthly, and annual summary reports
- Respond to data inquiries from various groups within the organization
- Research, identify, and validate essential information to support management decision‑making
- Gather, analyze, and compile data to respond to management inquiries
- Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Prepare and maintain process documentation supporting team workflows
- Assist with the development and maintenance of departmental processes and documentation
- Manage document control systems to ensure proper organization and accessibility
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for departmental processes
- Facilitate and manage attendee registration for meetings, conferences, and events
- Coordinate special needs including travel arrangements, dietary restrictions, and accessibility requirements
- Attend on‑site events, meetings, and conferences with project teams
- Ensure activities, itineraries, meals, and logistics are properly executed
- Create presentations as needed for a variety of projects and audiences
- Support communication efforts across project teams and stakeholders
