Job Title:
Data Entry Specialist – Sales
Location:
Louisville, KY 40223
Hours: 8-5 M-F
Qualifications- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- Highly detail-oriented; able to manage large datasets accurately
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines, with consistent email follow up to state managers, RSBMs & pricing team to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Experience with pricing, distributor data, or enterprise platforms preferred
- Available to start immediately
- Collaborate with sales partners to gather distributor pricing and availability data by brand/sub-brand, distributor, and state
- Work offline in Excel as needed, then transfer final data into iSupply
- Maintain consistent formatting and naming conventions
- Flag missing, conflicting, or unclear data to Sazerac pricing lead ASAP
- Ensure completeness and accuracy prior to submission
- Work directly with Sazerac state and pricing team for additional support, promptly escalating any data concerns or timing risks.
- Work directly with Darden iSupply team for any platform entry questions.
