Role Description
This is a full-time in person role for a Project Coordinator based in Louisville, KY. If you feel like you should stop reading because you don't have a tax background, keep reading. You will provide comprehensive project coordination and support, managing schedules and priorities, tracking project progress, assisting with administrative tasks, and facilitating stakeholder communication. The Project Coordinator will also support projects by leveraging strong analytical and organizational skills to drive efficiency and ensure timely completion of tasks.
You will support engagements that help our clients navigate 179D energy efficient commercial building tax deductions and the investment and production tax credits for renewable energy facilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to gather required technical and financial documentation
- Manage internal timelines across engineering, tax, and QA teams
- Schedule and facilitate client meetings, engagement kickoffs, and status updates
- Track and monitor deliverables using internal project management systems
- Manage travel schedules, book, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Track deliverables and manage workflows in Smart Suite
- Review reports and certifications for completeness, accuracy, and formatting prior to delivery to clients
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and support process improvements
- Support office initiatives, internal process improvements, and team events
- Work to ensure Concord’s standards of excellence, teamwork, and professionalism are part of everything we do

Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination and client delivery in a professional services environment
- Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating travel and logistics in a professional services environment preferred
- Proven experience coordinating across operations, consulting, engineering, or accounting teams
- Strong initiative with the ability to follow through without constant supervision
- Comfortable working with engineers, CPAs, C-Suite and technical professionals
- Exposure to Section 179D, R&D tax credits, or cost segregation studies is a plus
- Experience with Smart Suite, Box, CRMs, Zapier, Airtable, Make, Docs Automator, or similar project automation and workflow tools is a plus
