The Jefferson County Family Court has an immediate opening for a FC Court Case Manager.

Characteristics of the Job

Responsible for providing assistance to the court and to families who come before the court.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing general support to the Court Administrator’s Office.
  • Report to the Court Administrator for Family Court.
  • Serve as a family court contact for parties, other court personnel, county attorney’s, defense attorneys, social service agencies, and law enforcement agencies.
  • Facilitate provision of services for the court and its clients.
  • Monitor court orders to ensure services are being provided and utilized.
  • Maintain records and statistical information.
  • Zoom facilitation.
  • Educate clients about the court process.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • EDUCATION: Associates degree
  • EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR

    SKILLS:

    1 year of job related experience
  • Substitute EDUCATION for

    EXPERIENCE:

    NONE
  • Substitute EXPERIENCE for

    EDUCATION:

    High School Diploma and 3 years job related experience
  • SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): NONE
