Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm

Responsibilities for Mail Clerk jobs include but are not limited to:

Operates scanning equipment and ensures proper imaging and routing of items.

Operates mail machine efficiently and effectively and inspects it daily to insure proper working order.

May assist in the research and location of missing or misrouted packages

Processes outgoing mail and packages through mail machine or courier shipment systems.

Folds and inserts correspondence and other forms into envelopes in preparation for mailing.

Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Mail Clerk jobs:

Strong reading and reading comprehension skills required

Imaging/scanning/mail machine and technical mail room experience preferred

Word processing, email, spreadsheet experience preferred

Essential computer skills include regular use of a computer, including the ability to type, utilize a mouse, and read information from a computer screen or monitor.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
