Allied Resources is seeking a Project Coordinator I to join our team! In this role you’ll be responsible for supporting the Project Management team by coordinating material purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and assist with forecasting. A day in the life:- Maintain & monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- 2+ Years of experience in a related field.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
