Role DescriptionThe Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Louisville, KY, responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring an efficient, organized work environment. This role includes coordinating administrative tasks, managing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining schedules, records, and documentation. The Office Manager will support team members and leadership with administrative assistance, help streamline workflows, and monitor office procedures to improve effectiveness.
The position also involves interacting with members and visitors, providing courteous customer service, and serving as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries. The Office Manager will uphold credit union policies, support compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to a positive, professional workplace culture. This position also oversees all ACH, share draft and Debit Card Processing. Additionally, this position is the consumer and home equity loan officer.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and members.
- Candidates should possess office administration and administrative assistance skills, including organizing files, managing calendars, and coordinating day-to-day office activities.
- Candidates should possess experience working with office equipment and technology, including printers, copiers, phone systems, and basic office software.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns professionally, and maintain a member-focused approach.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, time management, problem-solving abilities, and prior experience in a financial services or credit union environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications in business, office management, or administration are a plus.
