This position requires a self-directed person interested in working in the Purchasing and Maintenance area.
They must be willing to work in a fast pace environment and be capable of handling multiple tasks.
This person must be computer literate and capable of completing a variety of tasks.

* Duties include
** :
- Type purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Record keeping and inventory for purchased maintenance parts.
- Data entry for Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Generate Preventative Maintenance Reports
- Send out tools for repair.
- Verifying non-production parts inventory
- Assist with reconciling Procurement Card purchases
- Help research vendors and update supplier database
- Contact sub-suppliers for purchased services
- Other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager
- Maintain office supplies for plant

* EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE
** :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience preferred
*
* REQUIRED SKILLS
** :
- Proficient in the use of computers to include Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work daily or weekend overtime as needed.
- Experience with Microsoft Products preferred.
