- Complete record data as necessary and establish proper asset/equipment hierarchy within the Computerized Maintenance Management systems (CMMS).
- Serve as the Project point of contact for equipment transfers, and identifies newly acquired equipment and places in proper project equipment hierarchy.
- Organize, compile all pertinent information, for each piece of equipment into the maintenance system.
- Utilize the control system to issue and schedule routine and cyclic maintenance, repair and replacement of all equipment
- Account for data and status changes on all Work Orders.
- Obtain information from project supervisors and work leaders that could affect schedules and/or future workload adjustments.

- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Incumbent must possess and maintain a valid state motor vehicle operator's license prior to appointment date.

I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service which includes performing maintenance work in a maintenance program for multipurpose water resource projects that may include power generation, navigation locks, flood control, visitor centers, natural resources and recreation features; using a computerized management system to record data.
