As a Title Clerk, you are responsible for ensuring accurate processing and management of vehicle titles and related documentation. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to work collaboratively within a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities:- Prepare, process, and maintain vehicle titles and documentation accurately and timely.
- Verify title information for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with dealerships, finance companies, and government agencies regarding title and registration processes.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal laws related to vehicle titles and registration.
- Assist customers and internal staff with title-related inquiries and issues.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems for all title documentation.
- Previous experience in title processing, in KY a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
