Receptionist part-time

Position: Receptionist 5p-8p part-time
Louisville East Post Acute is looking for a Receptionist to work Part Time as needed - Schedule would be 5pm to 8pm;
One week Mon, Wed, Fri and the next week Tues & Thurs evenings. The position requires greeting and welcoming Residents, Family Member, and other Visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor.

Pay starting at $15.00/hourly.

Job duties include:
• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
• Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals and cancellations
• Maintain visitor sign- in log.
• Maintain and tidy the reception area.
• Agree not to disclose resident’s protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information. Report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such information.

This position has no supervisor responsibilities.

Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
