Job DescriptionWhat You'll Lead:
- Global Sales in US, EU, and APAC
- Key Account Management
- Client Advisory and Consulting
- Inside Sales
- Marketing and Growth Operations
You’ll unify these teams into a single, metrics‑driven revenue engine focused on both expansion of strategic enterprise accounts and new business acquisition.
What You'll Do- Build and execute a multi‑year commercial growth strategy
- Direct consulting‑driven deal shaping and post‑sale expansion
- Establish disciplined pipeline governance and revenue forecasting
- Drive 30-35% new logo growth and 65-70% expansion within existing accounts
- Strengthen relationships with global biopharma, biotech, and research organizations
- Mentor and develop a cohesive global commercial leadership team
- A predictable, scalable commercial engine
- Strong enterprise account expansion and repeat business
- High‑performing, globally aligned commercial organization
- Strategic influence across scientific, R&D, and informatics stakeholders and BU leadership
- Sustained revenue growth aligned to long‑term value creation
The ideal Chief Commercial Officer should have:
- 20+ years of experience in life sciences services, scientific informatics, bioinformatics, or data/analytics‑driven consulting
- Proven track record scaling mid‑sized or growth‑stage companies
- Strong credibility with R&D, discovery, and data science leaders
- Deep experience with complex, consultative enterprise sales
- Comfortable managing distributed teams across multiple regions
- Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset - not purely enterprise or product‑only
- Competitive annual salary of up to $300,000
