Implementation Supervisor

Implementation Supervisor contract opportunity with our client in Louisville, KY.

The Implementation Supervisor supports Helix Migration projects, including single and multi-site implementations across multiple products and services. This role focuses on the business-side of project management, ensuring successful solution migrations that meet both customer and company needs.

The Implementation Supervisor analyzes customer solutions, participates in solution migrations, and develops project-specific implementation models, including deployment planning, scheduling of phases, communication strategies, user acceptance training, project tracking, reporting, and post-implementation audits.

This position manages cross-functional implementation teams, provides ongoing analysis of project outcomes, and contributes to continuous process improvement through lessons learned, templates, and weekly status reporting.

• Lead business-side implementation of single- and multi-site migrations.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer expectations.
• Develop and execute implementation plans, including scheduling, communications, and user acceptance training.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client communications throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Conduct post-implementation audits and provide recommendations for process improvement.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting templates, and lessons learned.
• Travel domestically to customer sites as needed to support account migrations.

• PMP Certification required
• Proven experience managing business-focused implementations or migrations (IT experience is secondary, not required).
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive customer and company information.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required.

$45-$50 an hour
