Job Duties /Responsibilities

The Assistant Director of Business Development is actively involved in discussions related to a wide variety of departmental issues including, but not limited to, strategic planning, potential growth opportunities, future projects, changing in programming/protocols, recruitment and retention. The Assistant Director of Business Development is responsible for assisting the Director of Business Development in developing and implementing the facility’s strategic marketing plan, enhancing the facility’s brand/image, coordinating sales and business development activities and maintaining an active and productive working relationship with internal departments and communicating issues or potential problems proactively, especially with the CEO, Director of Business Development, and Director of Admissions/Intake.

Qualifications

    • Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
    • Preferred: Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    • Required: Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Experience:
    • Required: 1 - 3 years of related experience.
    • Preferred: 3 - 5 years of related experience.
