Assistin managing a branch real estate sales office. Recruit, develop, direct, train andmaintainan effective sales and support staff capable of meetingobjectivesfor profitability and growth. Work closely with Sales Manager to contribute to the development and validation of plans,policiesandobjectives; review and comment on policies and programs. May serve as a representative and spokesperson for the real estate office.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)- Support the sales manager in recruiting, selecting,training and motivating sales associates and support staff for the successful performance of the branch office... (20-30%)
- In partnership with the sales manager develop,recommend and implement programs and long-range objectives... (15-20%)
- Track sales revenue, number of customers, accountability of sales associates and their production, and district market share. (15-20%)
- Provide effective and efficient working conditions... (10-15%)
- Activelyparticipatein community activities... (5-10%)
- Serve as the sales manager in his/her absence. (5-10%)
- Mayassistwith regional recruiting including career night presentation mailings, advertisement development, recruiting materials, and interviewing. (5-10%)
- Perform other related duties of a comparable type as assigned. (0-5%)
- Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
- Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time framesand with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
- Establish andmaintainpositive and productive work relationships with all staff,customer sand business partners.
- Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities.
- Follow company HR Policy, Code of Business Conduct and department policies and procedures.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent knowledge and work experience.
Experience:
- Two plus years of real estate experience, including supervisory/management experience.
Knowledge and
Skills:
- Experience in handling real estate transactions and relevant regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
