• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously for clients of varying sizes
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and per defined scope
• Perform costing and estimating activities for project pricing and billing purposes
• Oversee industrial projects including steel mills, automotive facilities, and chemical plants

• Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, with industrial experience preferred
• General trade experience including steel, concrete, excavation, demolition, and carpentry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and costing/estimating software
• Experience utilizing spreadsheets for estimating and project tracking
