We also have broad experience in industrial construction, from liquid storage and containment and petroleum related construction to pre‑engineered metal buildings and concrete construction.

Kelley Construction, Inc., headquartered in Louisville, KY, is recruiting for Superintendents to travel the country building and renovating restaurants. The individual will work with a general superintendent, project manager, and project coordinator. They must be a team player looking for a dynamic company and culture.

• Manages resources and subcontractors safety, efficiency, and productivity.
• Provides overall multi‑site administrative and technical management for maintenance and project work at client facilities.
• 5 years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent (strongly desired).
• Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers and architects.
• Strong managerial skills.
• Experience in concrete, framing and finish carpentry.
• Familiarity with computers and ability to use company software.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel.
• Ensuring that safety practices are followed on job site.
• Ability to follow instructions, read and interpret instructions.

This is a Full‑Time position 1st Shift.

Travel is required consistently.
