Field Supervisor: Interiors, Exteriors, and Gutters

Compensation

• Hourly pay from $18-25/hr, depending on experience

• Supervise interior restoration, exterior remodeling, roofing, siding, gutter, soffit, fascia, and related construction projects.
• Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and jobsite activities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed.
• Look for other necessary repairs, e.g., roofing, gutters, etc.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Daily travel in the home market.
• Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• 1-3 Years of experience in interiors, exteriors, or gutters preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season.
