Compensation
- Hourly pay from $18-25/hr, depending on experience

- Weekly Pay
- Supervise interior restoration, exterior remodeling, roofing, siding, gutter, soffit, fascia, and related construction projects.
- Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and jobsite activities.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed.
- Look for other necessary repairs, e.g., roofing, gutters, etc.
- Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Daily travel in the home market.
- Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- 1-3 Years of experience in interiors, exteriors, or gutters preferred.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season.
