I'm partnered with a well-established mechanical contractor that is actively seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects across the United States.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven project leader with experience managing complex HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes on technically demanding projects.
About the RoleThe Project Manager will oversee mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution, schedule performance, cost control, and coordination between field operations, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
This individual will work closely with operations leadership, field teams, VDC, and preconstruction groups to drive successful project delivery across multiple high-profile project types.
Project locations are primarily concentrated throughout the Midwest, Mountain West, Southwest, Central South, and Southeast regions.

- Entertainment Venues and Complex Commercial Projects
- Manage mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost control
- Coordinate HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes across active projects
- Work closely with field leadership, subcontractors, owners, and general contractors
- Drive project execution, planning, and scheduling efforts
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and coordination challenges
- Support procurement, buyout, and manpower planning activities
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management
- Strong background in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
- Experience managing commercial or industrial mechanical projects with budgets of $10M+
- Proven ability to manage project schedules, financials, and field coordination
- Experience working in fast-paced, complex project environments
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel nationally for project assignments
