Full‑Time 1st Shift; 5 openings.
Kelley Construction is a multi‑faceted commercial and industrial general contractor licensed to perform work in many U.S. states. We offer expertise in restaurants, medical facilities, warehousing, fast‑food chains, large design‑build expansions and office renovations, as well as industrial construction in areas such as liquid storage, petroleum‑related work, pre‑engineered metal buildings and concrete construction.
Responsibilities- Load, lift, and move supplies, furniture, and equipment; dig trenches, perform manual grading.
- Collect rubbish and other refuse; load and unload trucks; shovel; mix cement and mortar; place and strip forms used in concrete work.
- Perform cold patching; sweep; pry and hammer apart sections of wall and roof.
- Load debris into truck for removal; sort, pile, and clean salvageable brick, stone, lumber, and metal work.
- Occasionally drive trucks; assist supervisor with any related duties.
- Ability to perform manual tasks alone or as part of a group for prolonged periods.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 90 pounds.
- Ability to work in inclement weather conditions, around machinery, wood dust, fumes, and moving equipment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Reports to the Superintendent.
- Travel required consistently.
