Tek Com Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced OSP Construction Manager for overseeing Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) and long-haul fiber optic construction projects in the United States. This travel-intensive role requires effective management of field assignments, typically four consecutive weeks in the field followed by one week working remotely.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both underground and aerial fiber deployments, managing project phases from mobilization through closeout and ensuring successful execution against key milestones and client expectations.
