Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Field Technicians to join our team. This role offers hands‑on training, opportunities for advancement, and the chance to work on high‑profile construction projects in the Cincinnati area and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on‑site testing of construction materials, including soil, concrete, asphalt, rebar, and steel
• Document findings using a tablet and prepare detailed daily activity reports
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Work alongside a Senior Field Technician for the first 30 days to gain experience
• Drive directly to job sites (mileage reimbursed)

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction materials testing (preferred)
• Familiarity with testing methods such as soil compression, slump tests, and density measurements
• NICET and INDOT certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license with less than 6 points on record
• Ability to pass a 10‑panel drug screen and background check
