NEO Energy is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead electrical construction for utility-scale solar or BESS projects. You will supervise field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure high safety and quality across mobilization, construction, and commissioning phases.
The role requires 7+ years in electrical construction with 3+ years in a superintendent capacity on solar/EPC projects, plus OSHA 30 and a valid driver's license. Occasional travel to project sites is expected.
