Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations on residential roofing projects. You will lead crews, coordinate jobsite activities, and maintain safety and quality standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
The role requires 1–2 years in roofing or construction, the ability to climb ladders, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to local sites. On-site, with a company vehicle and a fast-paced, full-time schedule.
