The Role:
As a Sr. Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of impactful construction projects from early planning through final close-out - while building trusted relationships with clients, trade partners, and colleagues along the way. In this role, you're not just managing work - you're shaping outcomes. You'll be empowered to make decisions, solve complex challenges, and mentor project teams, all while balancing schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
You'll work alongside experienced leaders who value collaboration, transparency, and doing the right thing.
If you're excited by the idea of combining technical expertise with leadership, client partnership, and a strong team culture, this is a role where your experience will truly make an impact!
What You'll Do
Lead construction projects from preconstruction through close out, owning results across schedule, budget, quality, and safety
Serve as the primary point of contact for Owners and design partners, building trust through transparency and follow through
Coordinate with Estimating, Superintendents, Accounting, and Field teams to ensure strong project start ups and smooth execution

Develop and manage project plans, logistics, schedules, and procurement strategies that set teams up for success
Oversee subcontractor and vendor selection to ensure alignment with project requirements, performance expectations, and safety standards
Facilitate job progress meetings to track milestones, resolve issues, and keep teams aligned
Monitor job costs, approve invoices, and proactively manage financial performance against budget and forecast
Champion a proactive safety culture by reinforcing company safety programs and expectations on every jobsite
Guide project close out activities, including punch lists, warranties, O&M manuals, lien waivers, and final documentation
Mentor and support project staff, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities
Support business development efforts by strengthening client and industry relationships and identifying future opportunities

10+ years of progressive construction experience, including leadership roles such as Project Manager, APM, or Project Engineer
Strong client facing skills, with a track record of building lasting relationships and repeat business
Deep knowledge of construction means and methods, contract administration, and risk management

Familiarity with AIA contract documents and project administration best practices
A commitment to safety, integrity, and quality in everything you do
Valid driver's license and flexibility to work between office and project sites as needed
