Construction Engineer Project Manager

The Construction Engineer Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing all phases of engineering and construction projects - from planning and design through execution and completion. This position blends strong technical expertise with proven project management skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget.

• Manage the planning, design, and execution of construction and engineering projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, and cost overruns.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication among internal and external teams.
• Manage change orders, subcontractor contracts, and procurement of materials and equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (P.E. license preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in construction or engineering project management.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
