Job Title

Superintendent

Review project plans and/or proposal and develop a plan for completing the assigned tasks on time and within budget. Manage and coordinate one or more crews. Manage and coordinate subcontractors. Maintain, forecast and order project materials and supplies. Communicate daily with Project Manager on progress, work schedules, safety, etc. Ensure employee safety. Ensure all company safety and environmental policies are being followed.

Maintain a clean and organized jobsite. Document daily project activities and pay quantities. Ability to provide "hands on" assistance with field work/activities municate, update and report to the Project Manager.

Entry Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $57.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Louisville, KY.
